You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You may not share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access the platform through your account.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or to engage in any activity that interferes with the operation of the platform.

All information shared on the platform, including deal details and financial data, must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Dealport reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Certain information on the platform is designated as confidential and protected by non-disclosure agreements. You agree to respect the confidentiality of all such information and to use it solely for the purpose of evaluating potential transactions.

Dealport reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@dealport.com.

Dealport is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the outcome of any transactions facilitated through Dealport.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
