What do credits actually buy?+
Two things. Reveal the owner's contact info on a lead, then Enrich it for deep enrichment and a full fit and priority score. Charges are on success — if an owner reveal comes up empty, that credit is refunded.
Do credits roll over month to month?+
Yes — unused credits roll over to the next month on Professional. They don't expire.
What if I need more than 250 credits in a month?+
Buy additional credits inside the app at the Pay-as-you-go rate ($14.99 per 5 credits), or contact us about Discovery.
How does exclusivity work?+
Once a lead is enriched, you can claim it exclusively for 1 credit — a 30-day hold that auto-renews monthly at 1 credit/month. While you hold it, no other customer can work that lead. Release it any time.
